Rep. Rob Menendez, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New Jersey's 8th district, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing various issues and events. The tweets reflect his engagement with both national economic concerns and local community activities.

On February 13, 2025, Rep. Menendez expressed concern over rising inflation and egg prices, criticizing the current administration for not having a clear plan to lower costs for families. He stated: "Trump promised affordability BUT: Inflation is up 3% in 3 weeks @USDA predicts egg prices will rise another 20% That's why I joined my @DadsCaucus colleagues to figure out what the hell the administration’s plan is to lower prices. Families deserve answers, not excuses."

The following day, on February 14, Rep. Menendez participated in a Valentine's Day celebration with seniors in Harrison. He emphasized his commitment to ensuring access to essential resources like Medicare and Social Security by saying: "Our seniors are the heart of our community, and today, we joined our Harrison seniors for a Valentine’s Day celebration. It was great to show our love and appreciation and reaffirm our commitment to ensuring they access essential resources like Medicare and Social Security."

Later that same day, he extended Valentine's Day wishes through another tweet expressing gratitude: "Thankful today and every day for these valentines. Wishing everyone a Happy Valentine's Day."
