On February 8, 2025, Rep. He encouraged residents to request copies by contacting the district office.
The following day, February 9, 2025, he reported on a joint oversight effort with fellow representatives LaMonica and Bonnie at the Elizabeth Detention Center. He stated that "Along with @RepLaMonica and @RepBonnie, I conducted oversight of ICE at the Elizabeth Detention Center." The team is actively seeking information on ICE's activities within communities.
