Rep. Rob Menendez, a U.S. Congress member representing New Jersey’s 8th District since 2023, took to social media to share his thoughts on several pertinent issues and events. Born in 1985 in Hudson County, New Jersey, Menendez resides in Jersey City and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Rutgers University-Newark.

On April 4, 2025, Rep. Menendez expressed his enthusiasm about kicking off Autism Acceptance Month, stating, "Wonderful to kick off Autism Acceptance Month with @CraigGuyHC and Whole Spectrum Autism! The work continues to promote acceptance and deliver resources to those who need them in Hudson County and beyond."

Later that day, Menendez reflected on Women's History Month, appreciating the contributions of women from his district. He posted, "With Women’s History Month behind us, I’m reflecting on our celebration of some of the amazing women of the Eighth District—leaders, educators, caregivers, and change makers. Your strength shapes our communities every day. Here's to honoring you all year long! "

In a subsequent tweet, Menendez commented on the President's stance on collective bargaining for federal workers. He tweeted, "The President’s attack on collective bargaining for federal workers is unprecedented and illegal. The @Labor_Caucus and @HouseDemocrats are fighting back, demanding that the President reverse course. When it comes to protecting our civil servants, we won’t back down."
