There was a single gas station in cities across Hudson County selling diesel at the lowest price of $3.25 per gallon in the week ending Mar. 15, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of diesel in cities within Hudson County was $3.59 per gallon.
Of the 121 reported gas stations in cities within Hudson County, 34 offer diesel.
The average reported price of diesel in New Jersey was $3.66, compared to $3.70 the week before.

At the same time, trade policies—such as tariffs on Canadian and Mexican oil as noted by GasBuddy—are adding extra pressure by increasing costs for refiners, which could impact consumer prices and further challenge household budgets.
