On Tuesday, March 4, former Marist High School standout Avery Fantucci’s current college team, the Michigan Wolverines, won 2-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina Tar Heels.

The game took place at Anderson Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Tar Heels this season.

The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 5 p.m. at Max R. Joyner Family Stadium against East Carolina Pirates.
