Eastern International College-Jersey City enrolls 295 undergrads

At Eastern International College-Jersey City, 69 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 89 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Jersey City enrolled 295 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

62 percent of undergraduates are residents of New Jersey, and 18 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (34 percent) and Black or African American (27 percent).
