On Saturday, March 8, former James J. Ferris High School standout Jacob Ruiz’s current college team, the St. John’s Red Storm, won 11-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the NJIT Highlanders.
The game took place at Jack Kaiser Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Highlanders this season.
The Red Storm’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Jack Kaiser Stadium against NJIT Highlanders.
