On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Bayonne High School standout Michael Pellegrino’s current college team, the Averett Cougars, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Brevard Tornados.

The game took place at Owen-Fulton Field. This was their first matchup against the Tornados this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 3 p.m. at Owen-Fulton Field against Brevard Tornados.
