Rep. Rob Menendez, U.S. Congressman representing New Jersey’s 8th district since 2023, has recently posted a series of tweets highlighting his activities and opinions on cybersecurity, infrastructure projects, and healthcare challenges.
On December 9, 2025, Menendez shared his visit to INSuRE’s Cyber Security Showcase with Stevens Institute of Technology. He wrote: “Stopped by to see @FollowStevens at INSuRE’s Cyber Security Showcase
Investing in our cybersecurity workforce through STEM education is how we drive progress. Great to speak with @FollowStevens and so many people on how we can advance research and prepare to combat cyber https://t.co/2tlalnf9um“.
The following day, Menendez commented on current political discourse regarding President Biden’s administration and infrastructure efforts. On December 10, 2025, he stated: “Republicans talk about President Biden so much I actually think they miss him.
His Administration got projects built in every state while the current occupant is more focused on building a….. $400m ballroom https://t.co/2tGAFRwVjL“.
Also on December 10, Menendez expressed support for Senator Andy Kim after hearing about Kim’s father’s diagnosis. He tweeted: “Powerful to hear @SenatorAndyKim share his father’s diagnosis — a story far too familiar for families across this country.
I’m grateful for Senator Kim’s partnership & his commitment to building a New Jersey where everyone feels supported & no one has to face these challenges https://t.co/3nZZRhCubg“.
Rob Menendez was born in Hudson County, New Jersey in 1985 and currently resides in Jersey City.
