On May 26, Menendez marked Memorial Day by stating, “Today, we honor our nation’s heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedoms. Now more than ever, I’m reminded that our freedoms are fragile and it is up to us to ensure they are protected for everyone. Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day.”
Rob Menendez was born in Hudson County in 1985 and currently resides in Jersey City. He holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2008) and a JD from Rutgers University-Newark (2011).
