On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Bayonne High School standout Michael Pellegrino’s current college team, the Averett Cougars, won 10-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Brevard Tornados.

The game took place at Owen-Fulton Field. This was their third matchup against the Tornados this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 11:30 a.m. at Owen-Fulton Field against Grove City Wolverines.
