On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Marist High School standout Avery Fantucci’s current college team, the Michigan Wolverines, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at USF Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. at Jack Turner Softball Stadium against Georgia Bulldogs.
