The New Jersey City University (NJCU) Gothic Knights announced on April 20 their athletics schedule for the week of April 20 to April 26, featuring a total of thirteen events across multiple sports. The week’s activities will be centered at the Thomas M. Gerrity Athletic Complex in Jersey City, with additional competitions taking place in Pennsylvania and Ewing, New Jersey.

This announcement is significant as it outlines a busy period for NJCU’s athletic teams, offering fans numerous opportunities to support their teams both at home and away.

The schedule begins Monday with a softball doubleheader against Centenary University at the Gerrity Complex. On Tuesday, softball faces The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in another doubleheader, while baseball hosts the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Thursday features a baseball matchup against Rowan University at home.

Friday and Saturday see NJCU track and field athletes competing at two separate events: the Penn Relays hosted by the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and the TCNJ Lions Invite in Ewing. Baseball will play an away game against Rowan University on Friday before returning home Saturday for a doubleheader versus Rutgers University-Camden. Also on Saturday, softball will host William Paterson University for Senior Day festivities.
