On Sunday, March 30, former James J. Ferris High School standouts D’Angelo Ponce and Justin Hernandez’s current college team, the Wilmington Wildcats, lost 16-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Jefferson Rams.

The game took place at Wilson Field at Jim Sherman Sr. Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Rams this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 12 p.m. at Municipal Stadium against Post Eagles.
