On Sunday, March 2, former James J. Ferris High School standout Jacob Ruiz’s current college team, the St. John’s Red Storm, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisville Cardinals.
The game took place at Jim Patterson Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.
The Red Storm’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 3 p.m. at Bill Davis Stadium against Ohio State Buckeyes.
